On tuesday the 1st dec i rang to complain about a bill for $130 which i received for a months worth of electricity in an apartment! Tehy told me it would be looked into and someone would be out to re-read the meter. I recieved a call from my wife at 6:30pm on the 3rd of Dec saying our power had been shut off. Ringing SCE, they claim that there is no record of having done this and maybe someone in the building shut off the outside breaker to the apartment and there was nothing they could do.
