Dear Sirs: On 10-22-09 Key Club Save, LLC illegitimately charged my AT&T phone bill $14.95, total $15.77 total, for a membership (to what I do not even know) which I never ordered. Their phone number is/was 888-288-3724. On 11-2-09, they were no help. I was given a (bogus) cancellation number and have still not received the promised credit to my phone bill.
