I orderd on 11/17/09, canceld order 12/02/09. Said they gave me refund 12/03/09, called credit union today say that no refund was given. Filed a bbb report to day and am looking for a lawyer. I live in franklin, pa, 16323. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM DEALER COST CAR AUDIO! They will scam you. You call them and your on hold for 30min to an hour. You email them with questions about your order they give you a vague answer that is only a sentcene or two long. They told me my order would ship with in 3 days, never did.
