A & E stands for Assholes and Enemies! This is one of the most pathetic, incompetent, and outwardly hostile company's I've ever come in contact with! I was misled two times about what time the service technician would show up. He finally showed up 5 1/2 hours after he was supposedly "on his way". Once he arrived, he showed no remorse for the fact I was lied to about his whereabouts and spent no more than 10 minutes at my house.
