I set an alert on lins so that I get an email alert from my bank when something is charged to my account (over a certain amount) online, by phone or mail. That way I can check the charges and make sure I know of them. I called customer service at my bank and he gave me the number. Restitution is still pending for the 9.95 shipping charge and 99.10 for the electronic cigarette to my account. read full review »
