I received an unauthorized charge of $55.00 on my bank statement in November from TWK Magazine. I immediatley contacted my bank who gave me a 800 number to call. I spoke with this automated system that acknowledged the charges and gave me a cancellation confirmation number but i have yet to see the charges reversed. This was on 11/11/09.
