I also purchased a pair of UGG boots from this website with the impression that they were authentic. When they arrived, the boots were too small so I contacted the company through email, which was the only means of communication. No phone number or address for the company was listed on their website. I paid $99 for the boots and $12 shipping. When I received a return email (after several unsuccessful attempts) I was given an address in China to return the boots to. The shipping costs to send via FedEx was $103!
