I was TXU customer and was paying no more than 92.00 a month while living in my house. when I suddenly moved into an apt my bill began to reach 300.00 dollars. I sent out a payment in august 2008 and they claim it was never recieved. I was asked to provide a reciept which I did. then they said it was to faded and that it was not valid. then they said they could not find that reciept number in their systwm.
