I need the original agreement that BOA sent out for their Gold option Fixed rate loan. I need this agreement for my lawyer to look over. I feel like I've been robbed. I took this loan out as a fixed rate loan for a period of 5 years to payoff. BOA sent me a letter stating that the account was changed to a high interest rate revolving credit account. Will someone be kind enough to send me the original Gold option Agreement? I seem to have misplaced mine. I took out a Gold option loan and the agreement was for a fixed rate loan to be paid off within 5 years. They changed the loan to a revolving variable rate account.
