attached is the copy you sent me. but there was damage done to the inside of my home and i insist that you please SEND AN ADJUSTOR to my home as soon as possible. We are in ill health and our doctor is very upset over the damage to our kitchen, dinning room and living room cellings and walls causes from the damage and which we have waited for you so long over this that there is BLACK MOLD in the celling and walls now causing us medical problems...
