My daughter was hit buy another vehicle that happend to be insured by First Acceptance, and that person was at fault. this just being an accident, we were wanting to get this handel as quickly and painless as possible, but it took 3 days before the insurance company ever even made a claim and we are now going on 10 days and the lady whoms name i wont mention has been nothing but rude and very unprofessional the entire time, i have even tryed contacting her supervisor, and he wont return phone calls.
