I ordered the free trial of Acai Berry Pro on 1/6/2009, and I received it a week later. That left me 7 days to try the acai berry supplement before the 14-day trial would end. I ended up being allergic to the product - broke out in eczema on my legs after three days' use - and I called the company 1/18/2009 to cancel, following the instructions which are in the Terms and Conditions, and they told me that no charges would be made to my credit card.
