They say that they will help you down load the book etc but as soon as the Secure Payment Form has been completed nothing happens. I printed out the transaction form, went to the www.clkbank.com and CLKBANK.COM to confirm my transaction. Only to find I needed a reference number that appears on your bank transaction.
