i Have A ration Card Issued in December 2008 but till date is of no use whenever i go to the fair price shop (Ration Shop) he refuse to give me any thing i ask he says that your card cannot be used now it will take some more time ... I ask the ghmc authorities to please give us the rights to use this card . What is the use of giving this card when we cannot use it. read full review »
