I went to Galaxie Lighting in Salt Lake City to order light fixtures for a retail space. The Galaxie Lighting representative sold me 18 fluorescent light fixtures that were a stock item. I took the Galaxie Lighting Light Fixtures to the jobsite and the electrician informed me that the Galaxie Fixtures did not meet local codes and required a cover plate on the light fixtures.
