I am very dissatisfied with Pell Technology's ability to follow VERY SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS! I sent them a laptop to repair the bios ONLY. I gave them specific instructions what needed to be done and what was done to the laptop. Instead their failure to adhere to simple directions or at least make a 5 min phone call was just asking too much from them I guess. They did fix the problem the end cost would have not been less expensive then they advertised due to their testing which did not need to be done and their data backup which did not... read full review »
