I have tried for 3 days to get help. So far, NO ONE is interested in helping. I purchased a central air and heating unit for my home in August 2009. I also purchased the maintenance agreement. I was told that I would receive a copy of the warranty, the maintenance agreement, and the TAX CREDIT statement by postal mail.
