Carnival Cruise Lines
I purchased a sophia fiori venue ring on San Juan, PR. Carnival Cruise lines guaranteed repurchase of the ring while on the cruise within 30 days. This is a complete lie on the part of the cruise line. We returned the ring to Ventian Jewelers who claimed we damaged the ring. Carnival Cruise Lines turned me over to PPI who stated they only tried to negotiate a settlement with the Jeweler. I ordered RealtyTrac and cancelled on the same day because the company could not get through my Norton firewall. RealtyTrac gave my Chase Mastercard number to Real Estate Promoter with any authorization.
Real Estate Promoters posted three charges to my account on 9/13, 10/13, and 11/13/2009.
I contacted the fraud section of MasterCard. I will file a complaint against this company with the United States Attorney General's Office. read full review »
