We just bought a new home with a new Maytag refrigerator (freezer at the bottom). This refrigerator drips water on the floor every time we open the top two doors. When we leave for a few months in the summer we find mildew around the seals when we come home and moisture marks on my laminate floors. We leave the air conditioner and humidistat on all the time. This time we found mildew (second year) that we couldn't get the stains off the seals. It looks aweful besides we hate having to wipe the floor everytime we open the doors.
