I recently purchased, on December 4th, 2009, an electric hot water heater, with the website, which says same day installation if ordered before 12 noon, well I called at 8 am to order it and they said that when my local sears store opened, at 10 am. they would be giving me a call to set a time frame of when someone would be out to my house to install it.
