I originally ordered a pair of durango boots on 10-11-09. After they didn't arrive as expected I emailed the company. They responded and said the boots were backordered and would ship out on 10-29-09. I sent another email on 11-09-09 when this date came and went. They replyed that the backorder was extended to 11-13-09. Hearing nothing I again emailed on 11-29-09 asking them to cancel the order and refund my visa. No responce.
