All, Here is my 'story' with Auto One: In August 10, 2009 I purchased an auto warranty. As soon as, I have received contract and I did understand it is not what I want, I called them to cancel in August 22, 2009. I was told to call on Monday – August 24, 2009. I called to cancel in August 24, 2009, was told I needed to do this by mail or fax. I did fax my cancellation notice in August 24, 2009 and they confirmed of receiving my fax.
