Advertised as buy one get one. I ordered one having been warned about possible deceptive ads and billing and sure enough...just one cost me a total of $38.81. That being $19.95 for the emery board scratcher and $15.90 for shipping. Then there is the tax. This is just for one mind you. You can return it but they keep the $15.90. What a racket.
