These guys are a bunch of scam artist. When you order a camera online they send you an e-mail a couple of days later saying that you need to call and confirm. When you call you are highly pressured into buying extra batteries, lenses, cases and extended warranties. When you refuse the extras then your order goes on backorder. If you click on your order to check the status, the first thing you get is "would you like to cancel this order?"
