I would never even think about stepping foot back in a Kay's or any other Jeweler they are associated with. We went through 2 sales staff and 1 manager before exiting the store. All three were very pushy (basically, banking on Commission), rude, and didn't care at all about the customer. I did NOT want to put the ring on my ring finger but they were forceful about me trying it on my ring finger. They tried to sign us up for a credit card when we didn't see anything we liked.
