On 2-26-09 I purchased a mattress from this company. Was told there is no need to buy a box spring from the Manager Steve, he said they don't wear out, so I purchased just the mattress. Left the store and not even 20 minutes later called and tried to cancel it, just wasnt sure about name brand. He told me he could not cancel it and if he did a restock fee would be added.
