The product does work. The problem is that if you dont use daily, the applicator gets clogged and doesnt work. When you ask for a replacement, the company states they will not do after 3 months. My tube is virtually new because i only use when eyes are puffy/ special occasions/. There are other products that work just as well. O yea, and you can actually use them till the tube is empty!
