bid and won an auction for a mens "freeze" diamond watch, when I received my shipment the only thing in the box was the interchangeable watch bands!!! NO WATCH!!! contacted bidz, got no response, called, emailed, etc... and still the only response I received was an email saying that someone from customer service will reply within 48 hrs, I still have not heard from them and I have repeatedly tried to get in touch, now we are well past the time limit for returns. buyer beware!!! if you do not receive your item, or it is wrong you are screwed!!! they will NOT correct an issue with any of their items!!! rebecca read full review »
