Today I went to Best Buy to buy a digital camera. When I got there I have found what I wanted right away. So I asked one of the employee to help me with the purchase. Guess what happened. She disappeared. I asked for help to every employee when they passes by but they just ignored me or saying that he/she can't help. I asked for the manager or supervisor to complaint about the situation that I went through, but the manager or supervisor didn't show up. Wow, I have never thought of spending hour and half just looking for an employee for the purchase. read full review »
