A lady at work is retiring and so we wanted to make a photobook. We put a rush on it so that we could receive the photobook the next day. Unfortunately what they don't tell you is that the photobooks still take 5 to 7 days to come. Even if you put in a rush to have the item overnighted. When you go the website you have to look around for a contact number which is not listed instead there is an email address. You have to search for a contact page.
