I secured the services of the above company and owner of the company in hopes of having my mortgage modified. I was told that I was preapproved, although I do not have financial distress and I have not defaulted or been late on my mortgage. Moreover, Mr. Ramsey continues to push the idea that I am preapproved and that my mortgage is being restructured.
