I purchased a pair of insoles from WalkFit, in their TV ad they did not mention the fact if you have chronic foot pain you should not use them, they only revealed that in a package insert. I returned the unopened inserts, and everything else they sent including the literature. Two weeks after my credit card was credited for the purchase, WalkFit charged my card for $27.00, I received no invoice or other explanation explaining what the charge was for.
