I also just experienced a problem with Sprint's Customer Service with regards to obtaining my text messaging records. I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years! I have 300 text messages per month on my account that I am careful not to go over each month. Oddly, it seems that Sprint may be accruing more messages to my account that I am actually making.
