While at the Pioneer Place mall downtown Portland, the salesperson from Iso Beauty approached my to sell a flat iron. After being told this flat iron was made in the Netherlands and it was very high quality, I agreed to purchase the item (for $180.00) with the option that if I was dissatisfied I could return it. The salesperson gave me a receipt to sign and put a copy inside the box that contained the item.
