I ordered the refurbished printer, and it arrived with no printer cartridges. The website shows that the cartridges are included, and there was no mention of it when I ordered the item from them over the phone. After calling them, they still refused to send the cartridges, saying that it was refurbished, and did not care what their website said. They now want to charge a restocking fee if we return the printer. If they do not ship the cartridges as advertised, or refund 100% of what was charged, we will turn this over to our corporate lawyer. read full review »
