I ordered a product from this company and I wanted more information regarding a problem Ive had. The product does not work as it claims to be. I called the company today on December 4, 2009. The first two times I called, two male Chinese speaking representative put me on hold for several minutes, then hung up on me which is very rude. Finally the third time I called, after I had been on hold for several minutes, representative Carl Lee (who claims to be the top manager of the entire company) came on the line.
