I began asking for the funds from my account in 4/2009. it took months for them to send me a check. i asked before depositing the check if it was 'good' becos of the time that had elasped & they assured me it was "GOOD to deposit". THEN, they sent me a 'gift card' with no mention of their name or who it was from. the check was ALREADY deposited & did NOT clear. i was charged $20 from the bank.
