No answer from them, I submitted a complaint with the BBB. Finally, I got a response. The response was an offer to give me $100 off my next $500+ purchase. Oh my god, Grants tried to get me to spend more money at their store by offering a 20% off coupon to me. Their other offer was to enroll me in a similar grocery rebate program that would cost me $9.95 to enroll. Then I would have to start over with the saving + submitting receipts for 18 months.
