First, there billing system is corrupted. you would owe a certain amount one week, then double the amount next.When I first drop my child off on the first day, I notice that the women is picking in her butt, before I hand her-off to my child. I had to ask her to wash her hands before I felt comfortable to leave for work. Then after my child has been there, I find out that the workers smoke *** on a daily basis.
