If you bought a water purification system from Dan Honig who is the owner of waterworkz then everyone knows there is absolutely no customer service, this guy had people sell a bunch of systems and shut off his phones and moved. He owns Waterworkz pools, sells a pool digs a hole and collects a check and then takes his time for 6 months to a year to finish it. Designworkz is his remodeling company and will be the worst experience of your life, instead of repairing he destroys homes. He is in chapter 11 and broke. Beware..Call anyone else. read full review »
