I called the number provided to cancel this product during the trial period, though I had only received the Acai capsules three days prior. I was coerced into extending the trial period until the 30th of the month. I called on the 26th to confirm cancellation and was told that and the two diet and cleanse products were ALL canceled. On the 2nd of the following month I see charges for the product on my bank acct. so again called and called.
