I brought Acaislim in August 2009 and changed my mind within 10 minutes. I was told that the order could not be cancelled and I should return the product unopened before 2nd September 2009 so that I was not charged. I posted the item back on 20th August (proof of postage held) and yet I was still charged £49.96 on 8th September.
