I have been having problems with Teresa Dooley too. I have a student loan that I have been taking care of for 2 or 3 years. It has never been late until now. I was two payments behind, because I was in the process of have the loan deffered. There was a missunderstanding and I got behind. Not because I just didn't want to pay it.
