I went to UpState Automotive on August 6, 2007 to have one of my cars serviced transmission problem. I also had a warranty through the Ford ESP. (Extended Service Plan) UpState Automotive never called the Ford ESP when they said they did and informed myself and my boyfriend that my warranty company would not honor any work done by UpState Automotive.
