On Agust 15th I canceled my U-verse service and was told that I would be recieving a box to return the equiptment. The representaive also stated that I was overcharged on my bill for internet after I explained to her that, "I was told by an att rep that they were doing upgrades in the area and that I needed to be upgrated to U-verse." I asked if my internet fee was going to go up and she replied "NO that it will stay the same" that they were just upgrading the entire area.
