I hired this company to repair a leaking toilet. Two men showed up and thew older man began working in his truck. the younger man (the apprentice)went to look at the toilet. He was informed that the toilet was leaking and he shouild check for water damage when he had the toilet removed. He totally disregarded what he was told. What he did was replace the o ring and reseat the toilet. He then tried to mask any future leak by caulking around the base of the toilet.
