Billed 89.31 for Total Cleanser that I never ordered.They used my credit card information for trial order of Acadi which I never received ( also was billed 29.95 which was refuned. Called 800-660-8489 was given another number for customer service 877- 350-8480. A woman- Vellie said the products were already mailed and would have to mail it back to them before I could get a refund. This company is using scam "bait & switch".
