This review is about Verizon home. I currently have verizon for home line and I wanted everybody to know the trouble I have had with them.Thier customer service is horrible and they put different people on the phone to act as managers who make up stories, and outright scam people out of money. They disconnected my service, then when i paid they never reactivated it. I assumed it was closed as i never requested to reactivate it.
