Tried to disconnect from Qwest d/t move and switch to AT&T. Had automated bill payment. Stressed that payment should not come out of old checking acct. #, and gave new checking acct.#, got a bill saying it was being debited, called again and was told that she had stopped the debit and I would need to pay bill by check.
