I have had Conexis as my COBRA manager for over a year. They have pulled every trick in the book to attempt to get me to over pay and to end my benefits. They intentionally process payments late and then pay the insurance companies late so that services are ended . Yet will not give refunds ... instead opting to transfer funds with in the company which can't management its funds in a timely manner in the first place. I really feel that they need to be audited and closed... All of thier accounts should be transfer to an agency that know... read full review »
